Building Muscle Series I: Junior Attorneys
Moving from law school to law practice is a huge transition. For many junior lawyers, working in a law firm or legal department after law school may be their first job. ATSG can work with your organization to create an effective onboarding program to jump start the careers of your younger lawyers and integrate them quickly. A key deliverable is a personalized career plan with goals and action steps tied to their development of key substantive and self-management skills.
Building Muscle Series II: Senior Attorneys
Management, Leadership and Business Development
ATSG has designed a signature “Building Leadership Muscle” series for senior attorneys that builds on the skills developed in Series I. Programs are customizable and can be presented individually or as part of a series that includes the following:

- Building Great Teams
Programs often incorporate individual real-time coaching to capture learning opportunities as they arise.
Lisa presented repeatedly on the topic of strategic career planning to an audience of in-house counsel when I was the Director of Legal Education for the association. Every one of her presentations received rave reviews. Many people attended year after year, knowing that they would always leave with valuable take-aways for their careers. Lisa knows the industry well and she’s a pleasure to work with.
-R.H., Director of Legal Education, In-House counsel association
“Lisa designed and delivered our 18-month leadership development program for high potential women attorneys. She ensured the program was tailored to our firm’s culture and participants’ needs. Lisa developed the curriculum, delivered the presentations and provided one-on-one consulting to class members to help them develop and implement individualized career and leadership plans. The program was completed in June 2016 and reviews by both firm management and class participants were outstanding.”
