“Lisa has a unique perspective on the legal profession. Having been a ‘big law’ equity partner who successfully transitioned into professional development, she has the perfect skill set to advise law firms on talent management as well as to provide individual attorneys with the tools and perspective to develop and navigate a successful career. Lisa has been in the forefront of crafting collaborations between white and diverse women, in addressing issues of gender inequality, and in encouraging women to take leadership roles. She has been a role model for many, including myself who took courage from (and notes on) the flawless manner in which she blended career and family.”
